AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga
Stretch and Relax
This introductory class most suitable for new students and those who are looking for a deep stretch. One will become familiar with the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock and the new sensations associated with inversions while building knowledge of foundational movements essential to progression in the practice. The movements are broken down incrementally, incorporating zero-compression inversions, mobility, suspended stretching and FUN!
AntiGravity® Suspension Fitness
Elevate your workout, burn calories and raise your mood. Utilised first by our team of athletes, this class is designated to give students a full body functional exercise using the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock. This 50 minute fast paced lunch hour session is designed to give you a high intensity core blasting workout that includes targeted deep layer abdominal training, multiple repetition and sets of planks, flying crunches and Zero Compression Inversions.
AntiGravity® Restorative Yoga
Restore and Recover
AntiGravity® Restorative Yoga is the gentle, meditative, slow stretching and rehabilitative version of AG Aerial Yoga. This approach is perfect for those with a lower fitness level or who just like an approach that gives you time to tune in at a deep level. This unique method focuses the mind through powerful visualizations as you float through a series of gentle gyro-kinetic motions, deeply opening the entire spine, hips, and connective tissues of the body.
This certified technique allows practitioners to perform Classical and Contemporary Pilates exercises from the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, and Ladder Barrel - all on the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock! These classes take core-strengthening and targeted muscle conditioning to new heights. Explore the amazing benefits that can be derived by training in the Pilates Method on the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock in combination with AntiGravity®'s Zero-Compression Inversions.

This extensive Aerial Dance Conditioning program is, the newest Aerial Fitness technique to come out of AntiGravity Fitness, Originators of the Suspension Fitness and Aerial Yoga genres. Aerial for Kids and Teens
Let their spirits fly. The Kids/Teens classes incorporate Fun oriented sequences and poses, plus tricks to engage this growing child. The AntiGravity® certified instructor will lead Aerial Movement sequences for your child to swing, stretch, spin, balance, strengthen core muscles, and expand the imagination. He or she will discover a sense of independence while developing self-confidence. The result is a happy, balanced child.
AntiGravity® 1on1: D-Kink
Massage and Release
AntiGravity® 1on1 D-Kink was created specifically for the certified personal trainer (PT). The sequences allow the PT to provide their clients with innovative ways for adding decompression to their client's fitness regime, thereby balancing their workout.
