Fine-tune your sporting and cueing with enhanced anatomy, kinesiology, bandhas and Sanskrit terminology.
Discover ananda (blissful joy) in levitating meditations and increase your own awareness of this ground-breaking new genre of yoga. Designed by the original creator of the genre, Christopher Harrison, this 2 day course allows you to present three new unique advanced Aerial Yoga classes.
Day 1: Discover advanced level Aerial Yoga sequences, poses, flips, aerial acrobatics, and exercises that progress from the Aerial Yoga 1 program that also incorporates an introduction to anatomy, bandhas, sanskrit, and unique meditation techniques.
Day 2: Evolve into more grips, wraps, traps, and how the Harrison Hammock acts as the best alignment apparatus for your existing yoga practice. Learn new inversions, arm balances, flexibility sequences, and fun flips/tricks!
Prerequisite: All students are required to take AntiGravity® Fundamentals 1&2 and Aerial Yoga 1 before taking this course.
