About the event
AntiGravity® Pilates is a suspension training program from Christopher Harrison’s AntiGravity® Fitness, creators of the revolutionary program AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga. This certified technique allows practitioners to perform Classical and Contemporary Pilates exercises from the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, and Ladder Barrel - all on the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock! These classes take core-strengthening and targeted muscle conditioning to new heights. Explore the amazing benefits that can be derived by training your in the Pilates Method on the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock in combination with AntiGravity®'s Zero-Compression Inversions.
No prior Pilates experience is necessary. We will incorporate the foundation and the principles of Pilates in the AG Pilates program. The Pilates background is covered sufficiently to successfully execute the AntiGravity Pilates curriculum.

AntiGravity® Fitness is recognized by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America as a Continuing Education Provider.
AG Pilates provides the following CEUs: NASM: 1.6; AFAA: 15
Time: 2 days. Every training day is an 8 hour day.
